A night of experimental music and visuals
A series of musical performances and projections made with code and electronics. Featuring Ed Kelly & Geri McEwan, John Bowers, Simon Limbrick, Isn’tses, Zachary Aghaizu, Cherif Hashizume, Hortensea and Hmurd. The first half will be experimental audio with combinations of electronics and traditional amplified instruments. The second half brings ear-popping beats live-coded in front of your eyes as the Algorave builds up. Dance if you can to these algo beats. All the bands will be accompanied by projected visuals in many cases made by the musicians themselves live.
Earlier in the day there will be music demos, and drop-ins where you can play with sonic equipment.
